🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All Joy to Jar items are handcrafted in small batches with care, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell products once they have left our hands.
💳 Refunds
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
📦 Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@joytojar.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
We will gladly review the situation and make it right where appropriate.
🌿 Skin Sensitivity & Product Use
Joy to Jar products are made with thoughtfully selected ingredients, but every person’s skin is unique.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use.
We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges based on:
- Skin sensitivities or reactions
- Personal scent preferences
- Incorrect usage or over-application
