📦 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days before shipping.
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
🚚 Delivery Responsibility
Joy to Jar is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (including photo or GPS confirmation), responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with household members
- Reaching out to neighbors
- Contacting the carrier directly for further details

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Joy to Jar is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

📄 Claims & Carrier Issues
If an issue arises during transit (such as a package that is lost or damaged before delivery), please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

- Joy to Jar does not guarantee claim outcomes
- Claims related to packages marked as delivered are typically not approved by the carrier
